Howdy Ya’ll.  Hope all is well for you guys.  Thought I would update while I have a chance.  Shekinah is co-oping with her Dad today washing windows.  Simmone is doing some Home Ec.   We are relisting our house and sin more papers tonight so I want to make some pumpkin sugr cookies so she is going to help.  I need to do some home ec too and sweet and mop my floors and finish some laundry and reorganize the boys’ closets with winter stuff.  I have to get Silas some new things so Ebay shopping I go!!!  Allan says he does not want as much heirloom stuff on him anymore…but things more like Hartstrings and Janie & Jack.  No problem, I like that stuff too.  LOL  But my babies! 

Simeon got his first haircut.  I left some curls on back though.  He looks like a little boy now instead of my baby.  Speaking of Simeon, he went Tuesday morning and had tubes put in his ears.  Poor little guy.  He has had 9 ear infections and he is only 16 months.  His fevrs spike to 105 or more too!!! So hopefully this will help.  I had a lot of problems when I was a kid.

Went to the doc Monday.  I am halfway there.  This little booger is a maggot moreso than all the rest.  What a wiggle wart!  LOL  Lordie am I in trouble!  So far things are going fine.  Trying to get my ducks in a row just in case bedrest comes up…usually around 21-24 weeks I ’start in’.  Hopefully this pregnancy will suprise us all.  All I know is I have never felt so awful.  But I honestly think it is a cumolation (I KNOW I spelled that wrong) of being pregnant for the last 4 years, loosing my mom and mother in law, just everyday stress stuff.  Plus I am older now too.  35 is considered high risk now.  LOLOLOLOLOL  I have enough gray hair to proove it too, Peeps!

On the subject of Baby #5, we have another name we came up with and we all concur we love it.  So this new bean will be named

Solomon Israel

We like it but Silas insists the baby is still SHILOH!  LOL  Um, mayhap next time.  *snort*

We are getting ready to have a Fall harvest party at our church.  We are going to have it the 17th.  (the one year mark of my Mom passing away no less)  Hay rides, apple bobbing, donuts on a string, pumpkin seed spitting, pie throwing, and a tailgate party!  How fun!  I hope we have a good turn out.

One year ago today I found my Mom for the second time.  (meaning I found her unresponsive for the second time…I had to call an ambulance and all that) Little did I know 3 weeks later she would be dead.  So I am having problems with memories today and tryng to keep my mind on other things and keeping busy…

Speaking of which, cookies call me…so does lunch!

UPDATE: Just got home from the hospital! Simeon had another fever of 105.7!!!!!!!! Urgh! ANOTHER ear infection and he just got tubes put in for heavens sake. We got it lowered finally and he is home now…

Ok, a lot has happened since I was last on here. 

Had the Ladies Tea.  It went ok, but not as fancy as I wanted it.  I wanted so badly to give the Ladies a REALLY fancy lunch and all BUT, I just got out of the hospital the day before. 

Yeah, the hospital.  *sigh*  Don’t want to get let it all hang out on herebut I am ok.  Bad UTI but I am again, HERE.  LOL

They bumped up my High Risk appointment to today instead of the 16th as my quad test came back really high for Downs Syndrome.

Had the extensive testing today and everything is ok.  Baby is fine. 

I had a cool 3D ultrasound and it was so special seeing the baby in real time like that.  How cool!  And man!!!!!  What a wiggle wart!  A total Maggot!

I am ok AND…….

 

Baby # 5 is a BOY!!!!!!!!!
