I finally got my OB appointment scheduled. I go July 8th for my ob interview and all the testing. Then I will see him, two weeks later. So hopefully in a month, I will know if it is one, or two and how far along I truly am. We will see.
Just a fyi for all you who asked. Thanks by the way.
I feel horrible so I am gonna cut this short.

Fixing beans and cornbread, fried ham, fried potaters, and cheesecake for supper tonight. Yup, sounds good and fatt’nin to me too! Eat great, die young and make a beautiful corpse, is my motto. Who wants to diet!?!? Notice the first 3 letters of that word by any chance? DIE-t!!!! Yup. My thoughts exactallie!~ One good thing…beans have protien!
I finally got to use my gift certificate for my mother’s day gift. I got a 90 min. massage, and a facial. I tell ya, those things are the BEST!
Finally got Allan a bike and the boys a whatchamacallit. 
 So now, the whole family has bikes. Took us 17 years but hey! We did it! LOL
Allan and I are talking vacation but to be honest, that just does NOT sound fun to me. SInce I am pregnant and high risk, we will not be going to Brazil now. (bummer) We want to do something for our anniversary this year since we have not been able to for the last couple and since Pat and mom died last year…but the thought of packing the whole house, listening to screaming babies and the WORK involved and MONEY, is just not worth it to me. So we are discussing a short 2-3 day chicago school trip for the kids. I will stay at the hotel one day and let the girls and Allan hit up the planitarium and the aquarium and then Allan can stay there the next day and we can have a girls day out to HERE! Sounds like a plan, huh? Third day we can hit the Sears tower and the Museum.  Then we are thinking of trying to get a sitter for the boys and the girls and Allan and I going pontoon boating on Monroe. I found a great site for swimwear! Actually, several, check em out! This one is my fave I think! Allan and I are thing talking of trying to go somewher for a couple days by ourselves. We want to do this before the baby (s) get here.

Feeling awful today. I did not even make it to church yesterday. I think I got a flu/cold bug. Ick. I had a temp of 102. It is 101 today. And of course, nothing I take helps and I can only take a few things since being prego.
Allan said something about taking me to see my mom’s grave today. I am glad. I miss her so much. Silly when one thinks about it. Only her bones are there. I know her spirit is somewhere else. But oh man, how I miss my Mommy.
Flooding here is horrible. On the street where I used to live…and another house I used to live in as a kid both flooded horribly!!! Check out the article on them!!! I went to school with their daughter and played tonka trucks with their son! Learned to ride my bike there and everything! The relief stuff here is just awful. I mean, it is good but the devestation is something to behold.

Finally got the doc results from my lab work! The first two blood samples were lost due to flooding and both close hospitals being damaged. SO! They had to redo and it is 48 hours between…needless to say it has been a long wait!
So far, my levels are increasing. Praise the Lord! Which means I am NOT miscarrying. We are still stunned that a possitive result showed up so soon. I mean, good heavens! I showed a possitive result immediately 3 weeks before I should have. THREE weeks! We are still not sure about twins at this point. If I go by my calculations, my due date is February 20, which by the way is Simmone’s birthday and she is tickled pink! LOL
Feeling ok so far. Just tired. Stopped bleeding. Thank God. A little nauseated. Lost some weight. About 9 lbs. I have some to loose so not too worried there. I lost over 20 lbs my first trimester with the girls. Course, I gained it back. LOL
Flooding recovery here is so devestating. It is so sad. I am so thankful we were spared. We almost got it. They are just now pumping our street. Our street had about 2 inches of water all over the top and more on the edges for the last two weeks. We can finally get to Allan’s work vans without drowing.

Well, here is some news…I have a lot to tell but I dunno how much I CAN tell…does that make sense?
On me, preggo…
my hormone levals are really high but I am spotting so they did some bloodwork several days in a row to check me out and see if the levals are dropping and I am miscarrying or not. Hopefully not. I may be farther along that we thought, or it could be twins. (did’nt I go through that the last two times I was preggo?) We will see. I hope things are ok. One more child and we will have to be done. My body is not healthy or young enough anymore. I would not get fixed if it was not for that. But for my children now, and my future children, it is not fair to knowingly put them at risk…so one more and that is it. I am hoping for a girl so I can name her after my Mom and Pat. ANywho, we do not know due dates…my cycle is all mussed up. December to February are due dates we are expecting. More news as I know, okie dokie, guys?
Kids are at camp.
More storms coming. More flooding. Again, we live in Indiana, Franklin and Martinsville are our hometowns, and my family is from Shelby County where a lot of damage was also done from tornados and flooding. It is horrible you guys! Then hearing about those poor boy scouts. I cannot imagine the parents and family. Oh my.
Then some kids we know from Goshen, Indiana church were in a fatal car accident and they died. One instantly and the pastors’ daughter was taken off life support at 10 this morning and passed about about a half hour later. I just cannot imagine.
My mamaw died monday. My kids are at camp as I said and they are totally bummed by all these deaths. We had 5 funerals of close church friends as well, not counting their grandmaws this past year. I did not have the heart to make them leave camp. I just couldnt’ do it.
I am having the lawn ‘professionally’ mowed for Allan and Shekinah (since she mows mostly) so they do not have to worry about it coming home from camp…plus with our house for sale, who wants a weed field? Plus Allan’s weather station…I am trying to think of something good to fix for supper for him Sunday…I am thinking ribs…he loves mine…
You know, through all the trials we have been through, I am so very thankful. Through it all…God is blessing. I mean, I was supposed to be infertile you guys! ANd in the last 3 years I have been preggo 3 times! Plus our van that was pretty much thrown in my lap! Who would have thought!? We never have went without. God is so good. He is helping us cope and still blessing and I never want to fail to thank Him. I lost my Mom and my mil…and several others, now Mamaw, but when I count my blessings, I see healthy children. I cannot imagine the parents of the boy scouts, and the two teens in Goshen…my word…how can I complain? As lo9ng as I keep my eyes on the Lord, and focus on Him, I can cope. Otherwise, I still feel horrible and miss my mother so desperately. You would think after 8 months I would start doing better but I am not. It still takes my breath away. *sigh*
My mom always journaled. I love reading her diarys now. I am determined to do the same for my kids now too so I am trying to keep a diary myself. Sometimes Mom would write one entry a year…but it was something. Her last entry was about Simeon’s birth. She died 5 months later. Got sick 10 weeks after he was born.
ANywho, am prattling on…
Just had an eggplant sandwhich. I know, sounds horrible but this place makes the BEST! I am talking YUM!
Ok, more news to tell but I am just too pooped. Boys are napping so I think I will join em while I can.
