Welp, went to the ob, So far so good but am on partial bed rest due to previous history and since I have been having some slight contractions. So keep praying.

Hey, I truly need some idears for Valentines…what can I do to get my man’s attention this year? Seriously guys…give me some help here…I put a little poll to the side where you can also add answers. I need something cheap…but my brain is in burp mode or something…would love to rock his world but he is not the normal guy…then again, I get tired of always trying too…should I just do for the kids or keep trying to woo my man? HELP!
Not much else going on…I mean, we are busy as usual…revival at our home church every night but the nights we help in Bloomington we go down there. We have a Winter Banquet coming up this Friday night. Shekinah’s first banquet with an escort. Ho boy. We go tomorrow to get her outfit out of lay-a-way. She is thrilled to say the least. I am actually sortof excited too. I wish Allan were. Men. Hurumpft. I think my mom is coming down to watch Simmone and Silas. Pray she feels ok. She is always sick. This will ruin our night that has been planned forevah! I have been sincerely praying she feels ok.
State museum field trip for the home-schoolers on the Underground Railroad next Tuesday. Today was a health field trip for heart care/fire prevention and cpr at our church.Â
I am so pooped.
My thoughts are floating around like crazy. I think I will get off here…
OH! I DID get my chai from Starbucks. Like pulling eyeteeth around here to get one…sheesh!

Welp, I thought I had it all done and complete until I went to my Firefox browser and…”what in blue blazes happened over thar????” My whole template looks mussed up in Firefox! I dunno why either…so those of you using the firefox browser…well, my template is NOT supposed to look how it does right now while you are reading this! Maybe I should make an addedum at the bottom of this and mention that fact so people won’t think I am that screwwwy. (said in my best Donald Duck voice)
Ok, so no comments from the peanut gallery…
Silas and I are still sick. His fever has gone down and he is just hacking some and has a runny nose. My fever is down as well and I have a horrible sore throat.
Shekinah starts piano lessons with a new teacher today…
In revival right now…have to sing tomorrow night. I am working on a new song by the McRae’s.  You can click there to listen to the song…click LISTEN when you get to the site. It is an awesome song. I am having the whole family sing, sans Silas of course. *snort*
Went to ebay to look for some new burp cloths for Simeon. Very cute. Silas had some as well. I need to just get a few things this time around. A double stroller, a sling, something similar to this bag but I also need a bigger size for both Silas and Simeon now, and a couple of crib sheets to match the room. A cream or sage flannel if I can find some. Mattress pads too. A few new bottles but this time I am hoping to exclusively nurse…Silas was a Riley baby so I was unable to nurse him exclusively. Long story and it was awful but after 8 weeks and NOT giving up I finally got him on the boob but he still needed a bottle a day…poor little bubby. Anywho, hopefully Simeon will do well nursing like Simmone did. She was a great nurser.
How did I get on that?
Ok, I am done…I am in a chatty mood and could sit here and type forevah but I want to take a nap while I have a chance…what I REALLY want is a Chai.
From Starbucks. A Venti Iced Cream Frappachino with 4 pumps chai, 2 pumps caramel, 2 pumps mocha with whipped cream and choc and caramel drizzel. Yup. That is what I am craving.

I am in the middle of a redo, Folks…so bear with me…having some probs getting all my plugins to work but I will figure it out eventually. (I hope) Anywhoozits…I gotta fix supper…say a prayer for us…Silas and I. He still has a fever. Taking him to the doc tomorrow. And last night I had an episode of contractions. Allan and I prayed and after about 20 minutes they stopped but it still scared me with my previous history.Â
Ok, gotta get supper on…church tonight in Bloomington which means an hour and 15 min there and an hour and 15 min back…wee-ooh! LOL

You know, I always get a little melencholy on my birthday. I would say why but I won’t. It was sweet as I got up to potty last night at 3 am and always check on my kidslins before getting back in bed and when I did Shekinah woke up and whispered, “Happy Birthday Mommy!”. It was so sweet. I think Allan forgot. What is new. Oh well. In the 15 years we have been married I have one card from him…that he forgot to sign. *snort* Just one year would be nice to get a birthday cake or something. LOLOL See, silly, aren’t I?Â
Next subject…Silas and I have been sick. Yuck. We missed out on our annual footwashing and communion service which is a bigtime bummer for me. I did take communion Sunday night though. Silas has had a fever and Sat evening it was pushing 104. Mine was pushing 101 for two days and I still feel like crapoluh.
Got all my borrowed maternity clothes all nice and neat in my closet and my normal clothes stored away. feels weird but kindof cool. I got a ton of compliments last night on how cute I looked. *snicker* First time THAT ever happened but made me feel really good. It truly did.Â
OH! Onto church again, last night after service we got in the van (man that sounds so nice…instead of the gold booger, my old cavelier, I get to move up in the world and say VAN!) and heard the last 24 seconds of the Patriots and Colts game. What a game that was from listening to the post game! Wow! And we are going to Superbowl baby! You hear that Johanna? I told you they had better win since we are building them another new stadium! LOL I think we have a good chance actually of winning the bowl against the Bears.
Welp, gotta get off here…I have to get Silas up from his nap and get myself ready to pick up my mother…have to go to a showing for my great uncle Paul Stafford who just passed away. I was also wanting to get on here and do another template for Valentines Day soon…when I get the time…

I am still basking in the glow of finding out this bean is a boy. Allan wants to name his middle name Allan after him. I am NOT into juniors myself but I DID tell Allan who could name him anything he wanted. I asked him if he thought Silas would be hurt since he did not get his name but really Silas’ middle name is just as important since it was my Opa’s name for me if I were to be a boy. So no biggie according to Allan. I think Simeon Allan actually does have a ring to it.
Something else too…this little booger is a maggot! I am talking wired people! I think I mentioned I felt flutters at 14 weeks. I am feeling rolly polly oliies now! The ultra sound tech was even commenting on how wired this bean was! LOL Oh Lord help!
Still keep us in your prayers that things will proceed normally with this pregnancy.  I am coming up onto the scary times where I usually start pre-labor in my last 2 pregnancies. Which is why I am high risk and they are watching me so close. So I would appreciate your prayers.
Anywho…
Ok, now I have seen evuhraythang! Fish tank toilets, and a bra trilis that helps remove wrinkles between a woman’s breasts? Um…HUH???
I think people have WAY too much time on their hands if you ask moi…but then again, no one is…*snort* Sortof like going into one of those Sharper Image Stores…they have really cool stuff but do people really use this stuff? I can actually see Marty using some of this stuff…*snickering*
I am actually feeling somewhat cute at the moment. I went and borrowed some maternity clothes from a friend of mine. Number one, I have NEVER had to wear maternity clothes so never had any. Number two, this gal is what I consider skinny and I get to wear her clothes! LOLOL Here is a belly shot of me at 19 weeks…

So! Whatcha thinking? *snort* Definitely a BOY!!!! His name is Simeon. No middle name as of yet however. Allan gets to pic that out. I told him whatever he wanted. We always have to agree on first names naturally…and with Silas I was pretty admandant with Darnell since it meant so much, but this one is his call for the middle name. Let’s see what he comes up with!
Update….for some reason this posted as a private post yesterday…got it as public now…AND Allan wants to name him Simeon Allan. So that is what it will be. LOL Allan is already calling the boys his ‘Sons of Thunder’! LOL (think John and James, disciples of Christ in the Bible…whom were handfuls according to history!)
Anywho, Yeah! We are happy! The girls are a little disapointed as they wanted to dress up a baby girl…which would be nice to be honest but to tell the truth? I cannot afford a girl! lol

Ok, gotta fix some lunch…got a cool menu from menusformoms for this week. Usually I just pick one plan for one night as the other stuff never interests me but this week is really good! Check out what we will be eating this week…I like this url cuz it even has grocery list hardware! I love that! A grocery list for everything on the menu as well. Makes it really easy. Gives you a lot of new ideas when you are in a rut.
