I love the holidays, don’t you?  I am having a HUGE dinner.  I love to eat leftovers for a month.  LOL  Here is what we are having…just for you nosy people…I love reading peoples menu’s myself…

  • Turkey
  • Ham
  • Stuffing
  • Baked Beans
  • Mashed Potatoes/Gravy
  • Corn
  • Green Bean Casserole
  • Sweet Potatoes
  • Noodles
  • Homemade Rolls
  • Pecan Pie
  • Chocolate Cream Pie
  • Tea/coffee/lemonade

So!  Whatcha think?  *snort*  Do I have enough?  LOL  I know, I know.  I take a huge plate to Dads.  Mom takes a ton home and we eat leftovers for a week.  I love it. 

This year I have so much to be thankful for as well.  There are things going on that are depressing but I am still so grateful for the blessings in my life.  My husband, my children, my home, a dependable car, albeit, a small one lol, my Faith.  I could go on and on.

Went to the OB yesterday.  Am a little concerned.  My bloodwork turned up somewhat funky again.  Nothing major but to be watched.  I am also taking extra iron again since I have been so fainty and light headed and freezing my tail end off all the time.  I will be having monthly ultrasounds to keep an eye on my cervix this time as well from my past history.  I would sincerely appreciate your prayers for me and my family and that I will not worry so much.

Welp, better get.  Love ya all!  Have a wonderful holiday!  It may be a while before I get on here again but I will try in a few…still ‘fasting’ somewhat from the net and putting important things first.  Tootaloo and Mwaaa!

Baby Bean

Well, Herbifore?  You will be happy to know I voted today.  Yeah, I did.  (in my best Ray Stevens voice)  I felt too guilty not to.  To NOT vote is to vote for the yahoos I DON”T want in there…so I got my lazy butt in gear and headed down the the fire department here in town and voted.  *sad sigh* 

Anywhoozits…went to the OB today and saw the nurse.  I see my doc on the 20th.  They went ahead and did all my blood work today since I am high risk and with things I was bringing up about my headaches, hypoglycemia and several other things.  They also did a prelim ultra sound!  There IS indeedy a little beaner in there.  Looks like a little bear.  I am also a couple of days further along too…so instead of being 9 weeks and 4 days I am 9 weeks and 6 days and due June 6th instead of 8th.  I figure the bean will get here when the bean will get here!  LOL  I have to have another c section so I will get to scedule it.  That will be different!  LOL 

Just please say a prayer for us.  I feel so much better seeing the bean moving and the heartbeat but I still worry…normal stuff…will I get a van?  I mean, where are we gonna put six people (two in car seats) in a cavelier?  Um…I guess I could always throw Allan in the trunk.  (NOT a bad idear)
