Welp, we had a wunnerful time!!!! The plane ride was extraordinary! I am totally sold on it now! I even proceded to make my ‘flier’ hubby sick! LOL The instructer gave me a ’sick sack’ for him! LOLOL Now both Allan and I want to get our pilots license! But man! It is so expensive! Oh well, something to wish for and dream about, eh?
The Sybaris was much better this time as well. Probably because I was not thinking of the money being spent! *snort* (we had a free afternoon) We even took a 1 hour nap! Swimming was fun as well. I am not telling you what else we did…**wiggling eyebrows**
Then we went to Longhorn Steakhouse instead of the Melting Pot. It was still really nice! We dressed casual to go there and ate like pigs! LOLÂ
We went to Keystone At The Crossing Mall and looked around at $400 shoes…notice I said LOOKED. Then we stopped at baskin robbins to get some hard ice cream! Yummy! Picked up the kids and then i took a bath after getting Silas down, Allan did some studying for this Sunday preaching out and we hit the hey.
A perfect end to a perfect day!
Here is to another 14 years, Baby! Mwwwaaaa

…have I been? BUSY! Yup, the town of Busy! *sigh* I tell ya, so much is going on and no sign of stopping! Homeschool fieldtrips, meetings, get-to-gethers, picnics, parties, weddings, ect ect ect. The list goes on! LOLÂ
First off, Silas’ party was fun! It went off without a hitch per sey.Â
He got several nice little things. I went to the Imagination Station yesterday to pick out his REAL birthday toys. We were a little short on cash so I got him a couple of dollar things here at the dollar store. He will not know the difference! LOL Anywho, I got him some ‘nice’ toys. Some haba and the Busy Bible.  What I call hierloom toys. Good church type toys. LOL
Now Shekinah is next! LOL I think I will have her party on the 11th. Every weekend for the next two months is full up. I don’t think she will care. *snort*
Got most of the rooms finished now too. Just little things like trim and fixtures and touchups need done now. I got my great Grandmother and my Oma’s old canning jars and put them above my kitchen cabinets. I want to get some cast iron eventually to complete the look. I took some pics off my walls and left them empty to open up the living room more as well.
Ok, now onto the Anniversary!!!!!! WE…yes, you heard correctly…WE planned it. I know, the poll over there<<< Thanks so much for the input. He actually tried to be secretive but with Revival and then our funds so low last week we were unable to go but we will go on my FIRST dream date this Wed. I am so excited! We plan on going first to the airport and going for an intro flight and I get to fly the plane. Then we are going for an afternoon at the sybaris (we had a free voucher)then we are going for ribs at Max&Erma’s. We LOVE thier ribs! Then we are going to the Melting Pot for cheese and chocolate fondue! So a nice whole day togheter! I am so excited!!!! So I guess, technically, HE planned it, guys! Let’s hear it for Allan! He did it! Even if he did have to spill the beans! *snort* I still give him kudos!
Ok, gotta scoot. First off, thanks to my pal Tammy for fixing me. Yup, I got whacked by a hack a week or so ago. Hence my mussed up site then. She fixed it all back up fer moi! Thanks, Tammy!

Welp, here I sit…with so much to do, but yet here I am.Â
**pondering** What’s up with that? I think I will do as Tammy suggested and rest. Yeah, that’s why I am sitting here…I’m resting! Sounds like a good excuse to me!
I just finished feeding Silas our lunch. I made a nice brunch. Homemade french toast…the good kind, some scrambled eggs with peppers, onions, and cheese, bacon and herb roasted potatoes. It was good. I put powdered sugar on my thick french toast too…makes it really good and fattening. All good food is fattening. So I give up on the healthy. *snort*
I am also doing laundry…
 Fun fun.Â
Went to the grocery and bought some cokeÂ
…was told this helps when my sugar gets low…also heard keeping skittles and jellybeans in my purse would be a good idea since I have had so much trouble with almost fainting and whatnot here lately.
I bought some curriculum on ebay for the girls. I was only planning on a few subjects on the computer but it was so cheap, I went ahead and bought the whole grade level…I am going to use Switched On Schoolhouse by Alpha Omega for a few subjects. I think the computer skills will come in handy. I never let them on the computer…call me old fashioned but I am a stickler with that. They do not have email, nor will they for a LONG while. But they also need to learn some of it as I think they will have to eventually. *sigh* So I am giving in a little…but only a little, mind you. LOL Anywho, I am also going to use ACE for Math for Shekinah. Art is going to be John Gnagy, Shekinah will be reading Brock and Bodie Thoene’s books: The Zion Chronicles, Simmone will be reading the Sisters In Time Series for her literature. Shekinah will learn to cook this year and will take on one meal a week. She will also continue her piano lessons and teach Simmone her lesson. (since I can only afford one to go! LOL)Â
Both will also learn to write correctly!!! (what ever happened to good handwriting???) Shekinah will learn some Indiana History and also the Gettysburg Address this year and recite it. We have several homeschool field trips planned through our group as well. the first of which will be the Country Fair at Conner Prairie. The Home-school festival in November and whatnot… I am really excited about this year. Now I need to get my computer room all lined back up and orderly…which I plan to do tomorrow and this week. Tomorrow I plan on painting the living room and get that complete. We start Tent Revival Tuesday…with Bro. Derrik Kelly. Silas’ birthday party is Sat as well…See!!!!!! I told you I do not have time to be sitting here…linking all these things up and playing with graphics to include in my text! *snort*
So with all that information overload…I will get back to what I was doing…
